Who You Are You're skilled in carpentry, metal siding, metal roofing, structural steel, concrete forming, and/or other commercial construction work and can work with minimal direction to keep projects moving. You’re comfortable working with different leaders and crew styles while staying focused on the project, the schedule, and the quality of the work.
