Servodata LLC is a One Stop Shop IT Services provider in Orlando, FL. We are small and growing company, and our goal is to build the best IT department for our clients. We are serving some of Orlando's very prominent clients and constantly searching to expand our portfolio of services and clients.

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly-skilled Help Desk Specialist with field experience to help support a wide variety of clients spanning multiple industries. The right candidate for this role will have a comprehensive understanding of the current technical landscape and will be able to quickly resolve any issues that arise. We're seeking an individual who is highly analytical and detail oriented, practices good verbal and written communication skills and can create procedures to maintain our technology landscape. Experience with network build outs and cabling is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Comfortable working in an office environment as well as interfacing on site with the local clients.
· Determine next steps for a customer with a technical issue.
· Must be able to autonomously as well as part of a team.
· Resolve technical issues for customers via email, phone, or remote access.
· Assist with the creation of computer images and installation of software.
· Provide system demonstrations to potential customers.
· Provide training to staff on new or existing products.
· Create and maintain documentation for internal processes.
· Manage incoming help desk service tickets and triage with the client.
· Keep up to date with the industry.
