Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to help healthcare providers navigate access to transformative therapies. In this field-based role, you will explain reimbursement, coverage, coding, billing, and claims processes; identify access barriers; and connect practices with relevant support resources. Partner with market access, patient support, sales, and medical colleagues while monitoring payer and policy changes and documenting territory insights. Bring strong communication, problem-solving, and healthcare reimbursement knowledge to a mission-driven, collaborative organization focused on patients, ethical research, and scientific innovation. A bachelor’s degree and relevant reimbursement or healthcare experience are preferred. Travel within the assigned territory is required.
