To support a growing organization, the full-time Benefits Manager will oversee the administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs, including leading the transition to self-funded medical plans, while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage benefits reconciliation and administration, ensuring data integrity across HRIS, payroll, and carrier systems Oversee ACA compliance and reporting, including eligibility tracking and IRS form filing Lead the transition from fully insured to self-funded medical plans, collaborating with Finance and Legal teams Required qualifications 5 to 8+ years of progressive employee benefits experience with direct plan ownership Hands-on experience leading a transition to self-funded medical plans, including funding design and risk modeling Strong knowledge of ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and PCORI compliance requirements Experience managing full lifecycle open enrollment processes Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
